The Infertility Treatment Authority is responsible for the management of the Registers, and the service system which relates to this.
The Registers Officer maintains the records themselves, liaises with the clinics, deals with enquiries about access to information from the Registers, and establishes eligibility to make application. Kate Dobby is the Registers Officer, and can be contacted on kdobby@ita.org.au.
The Manager Donor Register Services is responsible for the service system in relation to applicants for information from the Registers. This includes providing counselling for people effected by the Registers, referring them when appropriate to counsellors in the community, and linking in with the clinic counselling services and support groups. Helen Kane is the Manager Donor Register Services, and can be contacted on hkane@ita.org.au.
Kate Bourne, Counsellor, Donor Register Services is also available to assist with any concerns. She and be contacted on Kbourne@ita.org.au.
