We are looking for a highly skilled Graduate or experienced Flash Developer to join our team.
You will have the chance to work on projects with leading Australian Brands and your work will be seen and used by millions of website visitors per month.
  
To be considered for this role you need to have 2+ years experience in flash development with references to validate this.
Here is a list of skills/traits we require:

• Enthusiastic, loyal and self-motivated.
• Adobe Flash with solid Flash Actionscript and XML knowledge
• Photoshop
• Good documentation skills.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• A multi-tasker who isn't phased by a varied work schedule.
• Tertiary level programming qualification. 

You will use all these skills in the following areas:

• Flash Games and Animation for Websites
• Advanced Flash Business Tools integrated to Powerfront CMS
• Building and maintaining Powerfront CMS websites.
• Supporting clients regarding the Powerfront CMS via Email and Telephone.
• Supporting project managers in delivering projects on time and in budget.
• Supporting other programmers and flash developers/animators. 

You must have an IT tertiary education and ideally you would have done quite a bit of team-based work both during your studies and since you left. We're looking for a junior developer who is ideally both creative and technical.
