Directors Peter Devitt Managing Director Commenced with L.U. Simon Builders as an Estimator in 1968, Peter has developed extensive industry experience, becoming Chief Estimator (1974) and then Director/Shareholder (1983), also served as President of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (1992 – 94), he is the Managing Director and involved primarily in corporate activities.   Les Gordon Construction Director Commenced with L.U. Simon Builders in 1963 and a career spanning over 50 years, Les has progressed from an apprentice carpenter, Leading Hand through to Foreman. As a Site Supervisor (1967) and later Construction Manager (1972) and Director/Shareholder (1983), Les has been instrumental in directing L.U. Simon Builders construction activities.   Jim Moschoyiannis Construction Director Commenced with L.U. Simon Builders as a Project Manager in 1983, through to being promoted as a Construction Manager (1990), and, later Director/Shareholder (1996), Jim has been involved in directing construction activities and developing company policy and implementing construction systems.   Terry Lewis Director Commenced as an apprentice carpenter for L.U. Simon Builders in 1973, Terry moved across to Cost Planning/Estimator (1976), progressing to Senior Estimator (1979), Chief Estimator (1986) and finally Director/Shareholder (1996), where he oversees the estimating department, negotiates development and controls value management for L.U. Simon Builders clients.   Frank Materia Construction Director Commenced with L.U. Simon Builders as an Assistant Project Manager in 1990, and progressing through from Project Manager (1991), Senior Project Manager (1998) and Construction Manager (1999) to being appointed a Director/Shareholder (2001), Frank has been involved in directing the activities, systems and controls of the construction process.   Kane Devitt Director Commenced with L. U. Simon Builders in 1997 as a Contracts Administrator before being promoted to Project Manager (1999), and further becoming a Director/Shareholder (2005). Kane has gained valuable industry experience, and continues to work in construction management.   Ivor Malcolm Tulloch Non-Executive Director Independent director since 1986, responsible for corporate governance and taxation issues. Malcolm is a practicing chartered accountant and principal taxation, accountancy and business strategic advisor to a number of national and international companies. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a fellow of the taxation Institute of Australia and a Licensed Company Auditor.
