Our greatest asset and resource is our people.
As a privately held construction firm operating chiefly in metropolitan and regional Victoria, L.U. Simon Builders depth of experience and hands on approach from the Directors and Senior Management set us apart from other builders.
The expertise, imagination and passion of people, at all levels of the business, are the foundation of our position of leadership in the construction industry.
Over the years, the business has built up a very able and dedicated team of key personnel who have demonstrated their loyalty and competence of service. The majority of our staff are long term employees. Over 40 people have had in excess of 20 years service, 29 of those are currently employed.
This stability is unique within the industry. The technical skills and team effort collectively inspired by these staff and demonstrated over the years is largely responsible for the reputation and standing enjoyed by the company today.
Team growth and performance has developed through astute management and progressive mentoring of individuals by experienced senior members. The Company now has one of the most cohesive and stable groups of personnel in the industry.
Our complement of senior staff includes a number of highly skilled technical personnel, most holding formal tertiary qualifications in building, quantity surveying and engineering.
