Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. In order to be eligible for the Referral program, a referrer must be: a) An Australian Citizen for tax purposes b) Over the age of 18
2. The referrer agrees to consult their accountant for advice on how to handle the commission and agrees to pay all taxes liable on the commission.
3. Commissions will be paid on the 1st of every month.
4. Commissions will be paid the month after a payment was received from the customer.
5. If a customer does not pay their account within the due date, we will simply send an email to the referrer to notify them that the account is inactive. We will never disclose the reason for the account becoming inactive. If the account becomes active again, then we will resume payments.
6. PowerFront reserve the right to make changes to, or end the program at any time.
7. A Referrer can opt out of the program at any time.
8. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed on behalf of PowerFront. This program is designed for you to refer your friends, colleagues and customers.

9. Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the PowerFront Referral Program will result in immediate removal from the system and the cancellation of any outstanding or future payments.
