The Challenge
Before coming to PowerFront, K.Inc used a number of different suppliers for web design, hosting and creative services. This often led to delays and longer timeframes to complete projects. Keith adds, "Of course all this added up to increased prices and when there was a fault, it took time to find out who had to fix the problem - the web designer or the hosting provider".
Keith also found the turnover of staff a problem at some companies. "It takes a while to get into rapport with a person especially when they are developing a technical project.
