Gaining 20 years experience with software development, Hadar has reached full business maturity in terms of adopting business processes, customer service methodology, software development cycle, team leadership, business management and client liaison skills.
Hadar started his career with a Melbourne-based Jewellery chain store as the IT Manager where he gained extensive experience within the retail trade. Five years later, Hadar established 'New Frontier Computer Systems' where he was able to successfully market and implement the first 'Front' product to the wholesale trade market. In 1998 Hadar joined CSC Australia and managed a large scale development project for a Melbourne-based pharmaceutical group in the field of discovery research.   Two years later, Hadar joined a start-up, Kusp Limited, and was appointed Chief Technology Officer. Here he achieved world standards within the online visualisation space and delivered highly innovative solutions. Projects Hadar delivered included: Spotlight's first online store Online Kiosk network integrating BP service stations and Wishlist allowing consumer to purchase products from Wishlist Car 3D online configurator for Holden allowing consumer to configure their future car Expo Stand 3D online configurator for Expohire
