General

A Reseller is a person or company who offers Powerfront Services to their clients in return for receiving a commission or margin on their resulting sales. This can be either a referral to Powerfront or resale our licences to your clients.
Most of our Resellers are either: Consultants, Website Designers, Providers and implementers of other tools and software such as CRMs, Outsourcing companies with an extensive client portfolio and Companies who offer professional services to clients related to web, e-commerce, customer service or general sale activity.
We currently have one program with different deal levels from Referral to fully self-managed deals; each deal you bring to Powerfront may differ depending on the customer, size, and complexity. We give you the flexibility to choose your engagement type. We engage with Resellers who fall under these categories. See Program Structure FAQs for more details.
There is no cost to join, and you will be able to make compelling amounts of commission or margin selling Powerfront services and licenses to your clients. In addition, you can maximise your earnings by adding your own consulting and training services and implementing the services yourself, negating the need to employ Powerfront to Implement and configure.

Once you have submitted your application, our Program Director will contact you to discuss the next steps. After a brief assessment, we’ll forward a Reseller agreement for your review and corporate signature.

Once the agreement is complete, we’ll jump in with a Reseller briefing and consultative support to onboard your first customer.

To become an approved Reseller, you will need to complete the online application on our main website and submit your details. Once you have done this, your application will undergo an initial check, and the Program Director will come back to you with a decision and next steps. Once everything is approved, you will be sent a Reseller Agreement to sign and return. As long as you have the correct type of clients, working B2B, and are committed to bringing a first customer, your application will most likely be approved.
After receiving your Application, we will usually make an approval decision within one day. If approved, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your application and agree on the next steps. We will arrange this within the same week, time permitting, and immediately send you the Reseller Agreement to sign after the meeting. It can take up to one week to complete the process, but this depends on your availability and time to sign the agreement.
There is no time to the reseller agreement, the agreement is subject to review at any time from Powerfront, but it will be an open-ended agreement as long as terms in the contract are met, and we have active clients with you.
There is no upfront fee for Reseller Program.
Powerfront will be with you for your first client during the entire sales and implementation process. We also talk to our partners regularly to discuss their pipeline and ensure they get their support. Powerfront will train you and your team to do this yourself if you require it during the first implementation. After this, it is up to the partner to determine how much of the sale and implementation processes they would like to take over. We can do it, or you can. You earn much more by taking over more of the operations.

Program Structure

Currently, we don't have any reseller tiers, only that you would be an “Authorised Reseller” once registered. We instead give you the option and flexibility to grow into the program without any complications and earn more as you do. To this, we created “Deal Levels”, which refers to the level of deal that you will execute whilst providing Powerfront Solutions to End-User. Levels of deals are decided per End-User by Reseller and agreed with Company. Deal Levels are as follows:

  1. “Deal Level 1” - Referral Deal → Reseller would refer a customer to Powerfront whereby End-User has a need or expressed interest in Powerfont Solutions. Powerfront will then market, sell, implement services and invoice in full for all services and support supplied by Powerfront if End-User wishes to contract them. Relationship and services will be wholly owned and managed by Powerfront.
  2. “Deal Level 2” - Fully Supported Deal → Reseller will manage and maintain customer relationships. The Reseller will bring Powerfront a fully qualified deal. Powerfront will support the sales process and close deals with Reseller. Powerfront will implement services. Invoicing will be completed by the Reseller to End-User. Powerfront will Invoice the Reseller for licences and services supplied according to Reseller Pricing.
  3. “Deal Level 3” - Partially Supported Deal → Reseller manages the entire sales process, End-User relationship and invoicing. Powerfront will support by implementing services. The Reseller will invoice End-User for their services, and Powerfront will invoice the Reseller for licences and services supplied according to ResellerPricing.
  4. “Deal Level 4” - Fully Managed Deal → Reseller manages the entire sales process, relationship, implementation and invoicing to End-User. Powerfront will invoice the Reseller for license and services supplied according to Reseller Pricing.
Yes, you can purchase licenses for your own internal use. However, you must be serious about reselling Powefront to qualify for this discount. In addition, you have to at least commit to bringing one customer to benefit from a deal yourself.
We think that all our serious Resellers would be happy to demonstrate that they are an Authorised Reseller of Powerfront. It shows commitment to the Program, and in return, we would also proudly mention your business alongside our other resellers on a dedicated landing page to show who we are working with.
As soon as we have completed your first sale, you will be featured on our website and be provided with a unique Powerfront Reseller Logo you can add to your website.
As soon as we have confirmed your signed agreement, you can start to resell. We will provide you access to training materials, white papers and presentations you can begin to use to present to your customers. Remember that with your first customer, we are happy to take the complete journey with you to understand how we offer our services to gain a deeper understanding, close the deal and implement.
You can resell Powerfront services and licenses for any amount that you wish. However, we kindly ask you to sell at the recommended customer pricing to ensure fair pricing is given to your clients. We are incredibly generous in the margin you earn to maximise your reselling revenue.
Yes. We encourage you to bundle our services with the rest of your tech stack or services. We believe that complimenting your existing benefits will engrain your overall bundle with your client, making what you provide exceptional, thus helping you maintain long-term client retention.
Depending on the licences you need and services we will offer you a special price as a Reseller. Please speak to the Program Director for a personalised offer.

We provide several resources for Resellers, including

  • Receiving generous margin off standard customer pricing (levels may vary depending on deal level)
  • Access to marketing, sales resources and materials on our company SharePoint.
  • Access to our online training resources
  • Dedicated and always available partner support for you and your clients via the Program Director and our support team, who are available 24/7.
Yes, we provide trials for your customers subject to the deal being a fully qualified potential deal. We have demo licences and sandboxes; we can give you access to them to demo the tool, and we can create a basic sandbox for customers on their site. There may be costs associated with trial periods, so please speak to the Program Director for more information.
We offer a full range of online and classroom training sessions. As a reseller, we would provide you with this standard training to do in your own time on our company software. In addition, more in-depth training around implementation and configuration is also offered. This is done as we onboard your first customer so that you can already benefit from deeper discounts on future customers.

Commission Payouts and Reseller Pricing

All registered Resellers are entitled to receive a commission or margin as defined in their Reseller agreement (Appendix1). Depending on the type of deal level you have chosen to take with your customer, you may be entitled to commissions or margin.

  • Resale deals (deal Levels 2,3 &4 refer to Reseller Agreement) are entitled to a Margin. The margin would increase depending on the level of deal that is taken. We would invoice you the standard customer pricing minus the margin you earn on the services/Licences, and you would invoice your client.
  • Referral Deals (deal level 1, refer to Reseller Agreement) are entitled to a commission for the referrals they generate to Powerfront. Clients are paying for Powerfront services; Commissions are limited to Licences only and not for the cost of support or implementation of the services provided. In addition, the commission is not time-limited and will continue for the customer's lifetime with Powerfront.
How much money you make depends on how much you sell and which deal level you can commit to. We can discuss the deal levels with you in detail and help you grow your skills and team to take a higher deal level, which results in you making more money on that deal.
It depends. As with any solution sale, your level of commitment will determine your commission or margin levels; We are looking for resellers that already have a client portfolio we can start to work with. You can sign up your deals as level 1-4, which will determine how much time and sales/technical involvement will be necessary from you and your company.
Deal level 1 - Referral Deals are paid commissions up to 30 days after the customer pays Powerfront.
Deals level 2-4 are not paid commissions but are invoiced at the Reseller Pricing levels at the end of each active month for their clients. The reseller has 30 days to deliver payment to Powefront by Electronic Methods.
Commissions will be paid electronically to your bank account up to 30 days after the client pays powerfront.

Client Exclusivity and Deal Registration

Yes, Once you execute a Reseller Agreement, you will start bringing a customer to Powerfront. You will submit your leads to Powerfront via a Deal Registration, and you will receive written notification once your Deal Registration is accepted. You can register as many clients as you like as long as they meet the terms in the reseller agreement. Your approved deal registrations are exclusively yours to pursue for a period of 3 months. After that, no other reseller can sell to your registered customer during the Exclusivity Period.
As long as you are actively pursuing the business and communicating your progress, we will extend your registration for another 3 months. Periodically we will check in to see the progress. If a deal goes stale after the Exclusivity Period, we reserve the right to reassign it to another Reseller.
No. Powerfront Sales Directors/Executives are incented to help you be successful. Any deals you win in their territory count towards their sales quota. We will hold periodic pipeline calls with you to understand your funnel and what help you need. Deal Registrations will support you exclusively selling to the registered End-User. However, if a conflict is raised by another partner or even the End-User, we will assess the information given and make a decision between all parties, where possible, to share the deal.
Our reseller agreement does not tie you to a territory or region; you are welcome to pursue any customer globally as long as they are not already working with another Reseller or Powerfront directly; this includes subsidiary companies. You also will only be required to sign one Reseller agreement unless there are some different entities to your business requiring you to be paid or invoiced separately

Other

Yes, Powefront can provide co-branded material depending on your needs; this may be subject to an SOW as we would need to use our creative team to support this. We need to know at least three full weeks before an event. You will be responsible for any printing costs, and because our business focuses on sustainability, we request you only print small quantities; our delivery method is only electronic.
Our Website is the location for the most up-to-date marketing materials, case studies, podcasts, videos, and articles.
We already have worked hard to ensure that we can connect to some of the most-used CRMs and tools. If there is a tool we have not yet worked with and it’s a must-have for your Client, then generally, we would like to say yes, we can do it (we are developers, after all!) However, until we have investigated what is specifically needed to connect the services, we cannot guarantee it. If significant development work is required, this is subject to a cost.
Resellers on "Deal Levels 2-4" have a set Margin you earn. Unfortunately, there is no extra discount or margin for various industries or sectors. We encourage you to register every possible deal you have and then speak to the program director if pricing is ever an issue.
