Powerfront at the Financial Times Business of Luxury Summit in Madrid

In June, the Powerfront team attended the Financial Times’ Business of Luxury Summit in Madrid, Spain. CEO and Founder Hadar Paz, and Director of Business Development Chelsea Dawson presented the INSIDE platform to executives from Manolo Blahnik, Chanel, Burberry, Roberto Cavalli, Harrods, Coach, and more.

During the day, the attendees packed the ballroom at the Westin Palace to hear panel discussions and keynote speeches on topics ranging from the future of sustainable fashion to the consequences of Brexit on the European fashion world. After hours, delegates enjoyed a private dinner and tours of the splendid Prado museum.

The event was beautiful and the Gatsby-like extravagance created a bubbly environment full of high-level executives and cocktails. The Powerfront team was one of the few select vendors invited to the event to showcase the luxury-tailored live chat software and omnichannel solutions luxury retail companies demand. Spirits were high and conversation flowed under the grandiose chandeliers as the Powerfront team conversed with high-level professionals.

Hadar and Cheslea enjoyed chatting with executives over the course of the Fashion Forum, attending keynote speeches and fabulous soirees. Executives were enthusiastic about INSIDE’s omnichannel software and how it can optimize customer service and user experience. Attendees were interested in how their businesses could be positively impacted by INSIDE’s services.

This summit was one out of many that have given Powerfront the ability to connect to companies that are looking to advance their online presence utilizing INSIDE’s innovative ecommerce chat software. They look forward to attending next year!
